LBC Engineering provides professional design, construction management, and project management services for our residential, commercial, and industrial land development clients. Transforming raw land into master planned communities where people live, work, and play, is what we do, and we are passionate about it. We are a small, boutique engineering firm, focused on the Calgary Region markets, and the unique needs of the land development clients in this market. Our clients rely on us to optimize the potential of their land. We provide cost-effective solutions to the unique engineering challenges that are faced on each project. We are involved in a diverse range of projects from the initial planning stages, to detailed design, construction management, and the acquisition of final acceptance certificates from the local municipality.

Rob Langille, P. Eng.
Rob has over 19 years of land development engineering experience in the Calgary region. His experience ranges from site construction inspection, construction management, detailed design, planning level design and project management. He has been the lead Project Engineer on several successful communities over the years including; New Brighton, Auburn Bay, Livingston, Greenwich, MountainView (Okotoks), as well as Hillcrest and Midtown (Airdrie). Rob is a strong team and project manager with a reputation of delivering his projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

Michael Collinson, P. Eng., CPESC
Michael has over 20 years of land development engineering experience in the Calgary region. His experience ranges from site construction inspection, construction management, detailed design, planning level design and project management. Michael has been the lead Project Engineer on several successful communities over the years including; Cranston, Seton, Mahogany, and Auburn Bay. Michael is well respected in the industry for being a strong technical engineer who completes design work to the highest of quality standards.

Jeff Bell, P. Tech.
Jeff has over 13 years of experience in land development in the Calgary region. His experience has been mainly in site construction inspection, construction management, cost estimating and cost controls. He has been the lead construction manager on several successful communities in the Calgary region including; Cityscape, Carrington, and Windsong (Airdrie). Jeff has a strong reputation in the industry for his logical, honest and fair approach
